In module one, we will take a look at the requirements and common tasks of a School Administrator, exploring career path and opportunities. 

In module two, we will learn about the different types of schools in the UK and how they operate, including private schools and faith schools.

In module three, we will learn essential information on how to develop the school curriculum, enhance students’ learning, handle complaints, and develop schools and teachers.

In module four, we will learn about the process of monitoring the school’s administration, attendance, dropout, and transfer. It also explores essential information on disciplinary procedures, continuous professional development, and parent involvement.

In module five, we will learn about the benefits of counselling and guidance services, including school social work services and career guidance. It also provides practical guidance on life planning education.

In module six, we will deepen our understanding of the role of school staff in safeguarding children, including how to act with and respond to children and parents.

In module seven, we will familiarise with child care legislation, covering eligibility, flexibility, and quality in child development.

In module eight, we will take a look at behavioural issues in schools, such as suicidal thoughts, bullying, drug-taking,  and gang activity. It also provides guidance on how to detect illegal behaviours. 

In module nine, we will learn key procedures for managing the school premises, exploring toilet and washing facilities maintenance, medical accommodation, health, safety & welfare, lighting, and water supplies.

In module ten, we will explore safety and maintenance procedures and requirements, from fire safety and first aid training to crisis management and safety measures.

In module eleven, we will gain a range of transferable skills needed for school administration, including time management, problem-solving, organisation, resilience and stress management.
